tatsoi

Tatsoi with ginger and garlic makes a quick lunch! Although I love the stronger flavoured Asian greens, Tatsoi is lovely and mild - maybe a kid would even eat these greens (especially if they planted the seeds themselves, watched them grow, and helped cook them up!). Tatsoi has beautiful, dark green, spoon shaped leaves, short stalks, and can be eaten raw as well. Grows very easily and all summer long - I'm looking forward to all kinds of it in salads and stir fries.
